As you all know Rihanna's 6th studio album Talk That Talk was released yesterday. However I don't think she walked that walk with this one. While I do like 3 of the tracks in my opinion the over-sexualized album won't prove to be much better than Loud but I'll leave it for the people to decide.

Cuffin' Season: The Rental Service

Last year, around this time, I was exposed to the term "Cuffin' Season." The time of year where men automatically start trying to "cuff" the partner of their choice. I thought it was cute. It's cold out; perfect cuddle weather. Well ladies, I'm here to let you know that any man that publicly talks about cuffin' season with Facebook statuses or tweets such us "Now accepting applications for cuffin' season," or anything related, is a RED FLAG. RUN AWAY. RUN AWAY! These are the type of guys to stay away from. Of course i'm gonna tell you why. For starters, if he's taking applications, there's a good chance that he has a good amount of other females on he's seriously talking to, he just wants to see which one will jump at the opportunity first. Let's face it. Who wants to be one of many? If there's some sort of competition, I'm quick to throw up the deuces. It's not that serious.
Personally, I don't like when people that I haven't heard from in long periods of time come outta the blue and wanna talk. However, ladies be prepared because men that you haven’t heard from, since April are going to start calling you and sending “hey you” & “i miss you” texts. DO NOT RESPOND!! I REPEAT. DO. NOT. RESPOND! This is a trap! Every girl wants to hear that they are missed. It's just an easy way to get you to reply back. Remain strong, hold your ground, and delete that text! In the event that you break and answer the call or text, there's a good chance that you two will be the greatest of lovers & friends... but it will only last until spring. April 23rd to be exact. So unless you want to be a rental for the Fall/Winter season, I advise you to not fall victim to the ever-so-smooth, classic "cuff."
We're all smart women. Let's think this through logically. Do you really think that a man who started dating you in the winter time will still want to be in a relationship in the summer time? Let's be real. There's way too many half-naked girls, beaches, and partying to do to be tied down. Cuffin' Season starts around the time that it's too cold to go out partying all the time and the girls start wearing more clothes. What else is there to do? Find a cute lady to settle down with to help them get through the boredom of the colder months. I'm not trying to say this every guys intentions, some have really good intentions and if that's the type of guy you have, congrats! He's one of 3-- a rarity.
So ladies, just know that you deserve more than a fling. Once you catch on to his game, move on. There's always someone better!
Below is a copy of the calendar that expert cuffers follow. Analyze it and study it so you'll be hip to their game! If you're new boyfriend seemed to have followed this calender in his courting moves, chances are you've been a victim to the rental service.
Oh and remember, if he's single and he has a car, he's a hoe. #FACT

First we have Daymeia Wimberley (@MamaMeiaa). Daymeia is a 19 year old female artist from Philadelphia, Pa who attends Arcadia University as an Art Education major. She went to Philadelphia High School for Girls where her "artistic spark" was ignited. She focuses on portraiture in various mediums such as pencil, pastel, painting, and charcoal. Check out a few samples of her work below!

Our next favorite artist is Ameerah Khabir (@AmeerahKArt), founder of Primary Colors.
"Primary Colors is an independent art business launched in Petersburg, Virginia. The company is named after Khabir's first painting lesson. In art, the primary colors (red, blue and yellow) create any and all other colors in the color spectrum. These colors open the window to all other possibilities in painting. Once Khabir learned this first lesson, she knew her possibilities were endless when it came to creating art."
